What's the big idea?
We set up Naked Wines because we could see one thing about the wine business that needed to change. And that was this...most of the expensive famous wines we were tasting were mediocre. And some of the unknown winemakers were producing stunning wines...but nobody had ever heard of them.
The wine business is a bit like celebrity chefs. When you eat at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, you don't get the great man cooking for you....but you do pay for the name. So our idea was to hire the people who actually do the cooking. Give them the finest ingredients - and sell them on to you without the huge celeb chef price tag. The exact OPPOSITE of everyone else.
We only want you to pay for wines you love. So we will refund in full for the ones you don't. And if you tell us which wines you did like we will recommend new wines to you that we guarantee will blow your socks off.
