Afternoon tea is great - lots of it and lots of different cakes and sandwiches. Don't bother with lunch! There are roaring fires all over the place, perfect for chilling. The walk along the coast certainly blew the cobwebs away. Staff really friendly, especially in the bar. Also recommend the fish and chip shop in the town nearby - delicious.
We stayed this weekend and it was such a delight. Lovely mezzanine room, beautiful setting and wonderful staff. Supper was absolutely delicious and it is such incredible value. Yummy eggs benedict and great pool! We will return!
