Suka is the latest offering from renowned restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow and opened in March 2007. Suka is a modern Malaysian restaurant that captures the intensity and spectrum of Southeast Asian flavours for which Malaysian cuisine is known.
Set on the ground floor of the lavish Sanderson, the stunning design by India Madhavi has a relaxed and casual ethos with dramatic long sharing tables that stretch across the upper and lower levels.
Suka has a unique Courtyard Garden, an elegant and relaxing space, with a central candlelit water feature adding to the oasis of calm.
The menu adapts seasonally, focusing on the quality of ingredients and depth of flavours. Steamed Lemongrass Sea Bass, Crispy Pork Belly and Mamak Barbeque Chicken are among favourites.
